Hailey is from Dothan, Alabama, and serves as a Brokerage Operations Coordinator with South Place Properties. With a background in client consulting and administrative support, she has experience guiding clients through important decisions, managing details, and providing consistent support throughout the process. That experience strengthened her skills in communication, organization, relationship building, and problem-solving.

She brings that same client-focused mindset to South Place Properties, where she helps support the brokerage, its agents, and the many moving pieces behind each real estate transaction. Hailey takes pride in being dependable, organized, and willing to step in wherever needed to help create a smooth and efficient experience for both agents and clients.

Her experience working closely with people has taught her the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and building genuine relationships, values that align closely with South Place Properties’ commitment to relationships over transactions and a higher standard of service.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her two children and making the most of life in Southeast Alabama.
